The perfect lot just needed the perfect house.
This client had the perfect lot, all they needed was the perfect house to put on it. With their modern aesthetic in mind, a clean, sleek interior was designed with a custom-fabricated floating staircase made with reclaimed wood and two-story large-scale tile fireplace.
Multi-level features
The kitchen opens up to the main living area, and the floating staircase keeps the whole floor feeling wide open and light-filled. In order to give them the best views of the river, a second-floor covered porch is accessible right from the main living area. Below is a walk-out basement which features custom epoxy painted floors and opens up to even more river views.
